We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry and carefully inspect each piece before shipping. Every item is packaged with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
📦 Returns & Eligibility
We only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
❌ We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Minor variations in design or finish
- Improper use or handling after delivery
All items are considered final sale unless they meet the conditions above.
⏱ Return Request Timeframe
If your order is eligible for return, you must contact us within 3–7 days of receiving your order with clear proof (photos/videos) of the issue.
After this period, we will not be able to process any claims.
📸 Proof Requirement
To process any return or refund request, customers must provide:
- Clear images of the product
- Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
- Order details (name, order ID)
🔁 Replacement or Refund
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:
- We may offer a replacement of the same product, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
🚚 Shipping Costs
- If the issue is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will cover return/replacement costs.
- In all other cases, shipping fees are non-refundable.
💎 Quality Assurance
Each piece is carefully checked before dispatch. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural in handcrafted or plated jewelry and are not considered defects.
